HOW IT WORKS

If you are a Business and Need Bulk Order Quantities than Our Minimum Order is 500 Textile Products per Order. All Customized orders would be Produced and sent from our Production Plant in Pakistan.

You can simply Message us about your requirements, We usually need the following information to quote you our best possible prices, If you don’t have any of this information then don’t worry we would properly guide you with best possible options.

REQUIRMENTS WE NEED

  • Fabric – (Cotton, Polycotton, Jute, Canvas, Dyed, Bleached Etc)

  • Print – ( Single Color, Multiple Colors, Screen, Paste, Heat press, Puff or Foil Print)

  • Size – ( Provide Sizes of the required Product in cm or inches )

  • Packing type – ( Individual , In sets , Bulk, Polybag packaging , Craft paper Packaging or Box packaging )

  • Related Accessory – ( Private label, Tags, Zips, Cord locks, Sleeve, Inserts, Box, Poly bags Etc)

  • Shipment -( DDP or DDU , Via Fedex /DHL express , Via Air or Via Sea)

After we have this information, Our Skilled costing unit would do their working to provide you with our best possible rates.
We can provide you Paid counter samples for your evaluation based on your needs.

Make sure provide all necessary information mentioned above once order has been confirmed . For prints we accept PDF or Ai format in Sharp quality to get best print results .Once the order is under production we would get first production samples approved via Sending images
before making the rest .

We can send you invoice , If you have a small order , We accept Paypal , T/T , Zelle . We do not accept Credit cards .In a special case If you only want to Pay by credit cards than we can prepare listings on our ebay or amazon stores and we would charge their selling fees on top of the invoice(This is for small orders only)
If you have Big sized order , We accept T/T only and we can split the Payments Before production and
before shipment dispatched on agreed terms .

Once Payment/advance is well received , We forward your PO to our production unit to start
manufacturing of the order . Our Average lead time for Small orders are 3-4 weeks and for Big Sized
orders it vary depending on order size .

Once an order is completed we would intimate you and ask for the balance if needed any. If payments are cleared then we ship out the goods to the client’s required destination or address. We can drop ship orders all over the world, For example, if you have a warehouse in the UK and you are living in the USA, we can ship your items to the UK. Please confirm shipping charges if you need to use our dropshipping services. Most of the time our rates don’t vary that much for drop shipping.

If you are a repeat customer, then we always have previous information (design, style, etc) on file,
you don’t have to provide information all over again unless the design or style of the product has been
changed, you can simply place an order and we would make it for you.

For our Long Term Customers who are placing repeat orders often. We have a very special service for you. We can make your products in our Stock without any payments on our expense and whenever needed, We would invoice you and send shipments right away. This cuts the production lead time. Once you have received the order please provide your valuable feedback.

If you are a customer that needs in stock Quantities , than we can satisfy any quantity we have no Minimum order quantity required . We can simply quote you prices and you can place order . In stock items are shipped from our US ,NJ warehouse . If we don’t have in our NJ warehouse than we ship it from our Pakistan Warehouse.

There is no lead time for instock Quantities , You can place order and it would be shipped next day of
payment via Fedex , DHL or UPS .

We have listed in stock items on our ebay and amazon stores , you can also make a purchase on those
platforms .

Our Skilled Cutting Workers properly guided by our Managers would cut the fabric as per Requirements and quantities.
If the order needs printing than next Step is Printing Dept If it doesn’t need printing than it goes straight to Stitching Dept.

If you have provided your own artwork or got helped from our designer than this is the department where we work on all our designs .Our designers get the screens out needed for the order. Each Screen is properly checked for any errors. Special Azo free colors are prepared matches to the Pantone required, After screens and colors are Passed from our design team they have been forwarded to our Skilled Labour. Where they apply the printing to the cutting pieces came from our cutting unit.

We have over 250 skilled workers who can cater stitching needs in any style as per customer requirements . All our Stitching workers are properly examined by our Lineman and QC Managers. All defected pieces are taken out. Every piece is counter checked for any error in stitching. After Stitching next step is Threading.

This is a very important department where we take out any extra seams / threads from the products.The products are thoroughly checked for any uneven stitching or any extra seams.Any unfinished products are sent back to previous dept for completion before moving to the next. The next step is Inspection.

During inspection all our products are examined in Bright light to check any defects .Defected pieces are
taken out or if they needed alter they are sent back to the previous departments for completion before
moving to the next step. After inspection products goes to Final Packing .

Any accessory related to order are sent to our Packing unit to complete the product Packaging. Our Skilled Labour are Properly guided by our Packing Managers.We Pack all products as per customers requirements. All cartons are properly Marked with Company Name, QTY, Sizes, G.W, NW. The Finished or completed orders are sent to our Warehouse for shipment.

Any order due for shipment is moved right away from our warehouse to final shipping couriers like Fedex, DHL, UPS, Air, Sea, etc. Any orders which are not due for shipment are kept in our warehouses in clean environment.
Our USA and Pakistan warehouses are interconnected. Any stock not available in USA is shipped from
Pakistan for our clients. Lead time for express shipments from USA or Pakistan is 2-3 days at an average.
